3. A minimum of three picks per week must be submitted to be ranked. If minimum not met, your site may be listed at the bottom of table for the following week. This rule keeps the site fresh with new content.

4. All picks must be in by 5:00 PM EST. Services are ranked every Sunday night according to the winning total and record from the week prior.
